Novel Compensation Parameter Design Methodology and Maximum Efficiency Tracking Control Strategy for Inductive Power Transfer System

This paper presents a novel compensation parameter design methodology and maximum efficiency tracking (MET) control strategy for inductive power transfer (IPT) system with an inductance double capacitance-series (LCC-S) topology. The parameters of conventional IPT converter are designed the required output voltage by considering fluctuation ranges battery coupling coefficient, but without characteristics converter. Additionally, fluctuates load, because equivalent resistance continuously changes according to state-of-charge. To address these problems, this based on loss analysis losses transmitter receiver in optimal compared analyzed load. Based analyses, is proposed load real-time communication. validate maximum-efficiency strategy, 1.85 kW experimental prototype configured.
